Dr. David Smith
Co-Founder and Polymath
David is an award-winning business researcher and a Certified Management Consultant, David holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of London. He is also Professor and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Hertfordshire Business School.
Throughout his career, David has been at the forefront of advancing business skills training and consultancy best practice.
His current focus is on advising on the optimum strategic platform for AI implementation and designing capability building initiatives for organisations seeking to place the human advantage at the heart of their collaboration with AI.

Adam Riley
Co-Founder and Polymath
Adam is an experienced business consultant and scenario planner. He has over 30 years of insight, strategy and management consulting experience. After starting his career in insight agencies, and an MBA at The London Business School, Adam joined Samsung in South Korea as a Global Marketing Strategist.
Moving back to London, he joined the marketing strategy practice of Monitor Company (now part of Deloitte) as a senior consultant before leaving in 2006 to found insight consultancy Decision Architects.
Adam’s interests include scenario planning and foresight. His latest work focuses on developing the human side of the human-AI equation and understanding how AI will change cognitive processes as we deepen our collaboration.
