David is an award-winning business researcher and Certified Management Consultant. He holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of London and is Professor and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Hertfordshire Business School.
Throughout his career he has been at the forefront of advancing business skills training, management consultancy practice and business insight — work recognised through numerous industry awards.
David’s current focus is on the design of capability-building programmes that place human advantage at the heart of human-AI collaboration.

Adam Riley
Adam is a senior strategy and management consultant with over thirty years of experience in customer insight, strategic planning and decision sciences.
He started his career in insight agencies, completed an MBA at London Business School, and joined Samsung in South Korea as a Global Marketing Strategist. He returned to London as a senior consultant in the marketing strategy practice of Monitor Company (now part of Deloitte), before founding the insight consultancy Decision Architects in 2006.
Adam’s current focus is the human side of the human-AI equation: the capabilities, judgement and metacognitive practices that determine whether AI investment produces real organisational value. His PhD research examines how knowledge workers are navigating AI integration in practice.
